For Femi Nwanaike, working at large events is demanding, both physically and mentally.

He’s constantly on his feet, scanning the crowds, and dealing with a massive influx of people who all need something different. It can be exhausting, but he finds it incredibly rewarding when he sees the bigger picture of what he’s doing.

At the end of the day, when we have a big event and so many people need help, supervision, and direction, it gives me immense pleasure helping them.”
